Advance Bookings

Payment of a 50% deposit is required at time of booking, the balance is payable 14 days in advance or as agreed.

We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard.

We accept payment by Bank Transfer provided Bank Charges are paid by the Payee.

The charter fees exclude I.V.A. at 16%.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR CHARTERS

1) A deposit payment of 50% to be made at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Balance 14 days in advance of charter date

2) In case of cancellation due to bad weather *, cancellation costs of 20% of the total will be charged if the charter cannot be re-scheduled.

*Definition of bad weather: Wind at Beaufort Force 7 or more; Wave height 2 metres or more, measured from trough to peak, in a sailing area within 5 mile radius of Marina Cala d’Or - final decision to be taken by the captain.

3) In case of cancellation at the wish of the client, cancellation costs will be charged as follows:

a) Within 60 days of the date of charter = 25% of the deposit

b) Within 30 days of the date of charter = 50% of the deposit

c) Within 15 days of the date of charter = 100% of the deposit

d) Within 7 days of the date of charter = 100% of the total cost

4) For the safety of all our guests, please advise the Skipper of any ill-health or disability prior to boarding.

5) Any damage to the ship caused by the accidental or careless action of a client, must be paid for in full before leaving the boat.

6) Guests personal belongings are not covered by the ship’s insurance, loss or damage are the sole responsibility of the client.

7) Sailing can be a hazardous sport, each client must follow the safety instructions given at the commencement of the charter. No responsibility will be accepted for injury or accident to the guest if these instructions are not followed.
